Enrollment Procedures
1. Can I enroll online?
Unfortunately, we don't have an online enrollment system for now.
2. What are the requirements for admission?
For Incoming Nursery and Kinder
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
For Incoming Grade 1
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Result of EECD Assessment Checklist
- 2x2 ID Picture
For Incoming Grade 7
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate (2 copies)
- Grade 6 School Form 9 (Form 138)
- Result of PEPT or A&E Test (if applicable)
Additional Requirements for ESC Grantee:
- Recent 2x2 ID picture with white background (2 pieces)
- Certificate of Unemployment of both parents or
guardians, duly signed by the Barangay Captain and the
Municipal Focal Person.
- Latest Income Tax Returns (ITR) for self-employed/
employed parents.
- Signed ESC Contract Agreement
For Incoming Grade 11
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Grade 10 School Form 9 (Form 138)
- Result of PEPT or A&E Test (if applicable)
For Transferees or Moving On
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- School Form 9 (Form 138)
- School Form 10 (Form 137)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
For Continuing Students
- Duly Accomplished Clearance Form.
3. How much is the tuition fee?
The rate varies depending on the grade level you are enrolling in.
4. How much is the down-payment upon enroll?
Presently, the enrollment fee for IGAMA Colleges Foundation, Inc. is Php 2,000.00 for all programs. For more information, kindly reach out to our accounting office, which is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
5. Is there an entrance exam?
We don't have an entrance exam. Our school believes that every student deserves an education. So we welcome any students who wish to enroll in our school.
6. Am I free to pick my own schedule of class?
Unfortunately, no. The registrar is the one who is responsible for scheduling of classes.
7. For transferees, what are the necessary documents upon enrollment?
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- School Form 9 (formerly Form 138)
- School Form 10 (formerly Form 137)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Long Brown Envelope with Plastic Cover
8. Does the school have scholarships? How do I apply?
Yes, the school offers government subsidies which are ESC for Junior High School and Voucher Program for Senior High School.
9. Do you have office on Saturdays?
Yes. The school opens from Mondays - Saturdays, 08:00 am - 05:00 pm.
